Nathan Eurtis Geddes-Morrison is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario where he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science and History). He then continued his studies at the University of Bristol where he attained a Master of Arts in Legal Studies in the year 2003. Being the assiduous student that he was, Nathan was enrolled in the University of the West of England Bristol where he was awarded a Postgraduate Diploma in 2005. He later attended the University of Liverpool in the Cayman Islands and after which, he attended the Norman Manley Law School and was duly called to the Bar in 2007.
Nathan is the firm’s leading Personal Injury Attorney. He is highly skilled in that arena and this has been demonstrated through the numerous matters he has dealt with. His successes in clients’ satisfaction range from out-of court settlements (from skillful negotiations) to winning sizeable awards through the courts. He also specializes in Commercial Law, Conveyancing, Sub-Divisions and other Real Estate Matters. Nathan has a passion for Criminal Law and has the responsibility of handling the firm’s criminal matters in the northern and western parishes in Jamaica. He is renowned for his exceptional Bail Applications and the manner in which he handles his criminal matters.
As an excellent litigation advocate, Nathan has demonstrated recognizable proficiency in both criminal and civil litigation.
